Did you know that:
  • Calgary Search and Rescue's call out hours average hundreds of man hours annually.
  • In the record floods in and around Calgary we assisted with sandbagging, community evacuation procedures, as well as after flood assistance.
  • Our Mountain Bike Team taught mountain bike search and rescue techniques nationally and internationally.
  • We were one of the first search teams to assist in the Pine Lake tornado.
  • Throughout the year we assist in numerous public relations events. MS Ride and Walk, Globalfest, Stampede Parade to name a few.
  • We regularly assist the police and RCMP in searches for evidence.
  • We take tremendous pride in what we do.
